Product Manager 3G projects

LG Electronics is a leaving player in the 3G handset market worldwide and we have quickly established ourselves on the telecom market in both Sweden and Denmark. One of our employees will be on maternity leave for about one year, and we are looking for her substitute as Product Manager 3G projects. Product manager 3G products The position consists of two major parts; Product Manager for 3G products and, Account Manager for LG's 3G customers. The Account Manager part of the job will be dealing with LG's 3G customers, both existing and future customers. The main tasks are: . participate in global technical meetings . prepare roadmap meetings . coordinate activities (marketing, after sales and so forth) for the customers . arrange meetings with customers . responsible for customer satisfaction The product manager part deals with technical issues with all 3G products. The main tasks are: . technical responsible for the functionality of LG's 3G products . approval of new products . fault reporting and to some extent also testing . deal with any problems that might occur . approval of wording and manuals for new mobiles . problem identification and fault report writing The applicant should have a deep knowledge in mobile phones and UMTS, preferably a master degree, or equivalent, in telecommunication and several years experience in the telecommunication and several years of experience in the telecom business. Fluent in both English and Swedish is a requirement.
