Primary Purpose Of The Job To plan, develop, coordinate and implement specific consumer marketing activity for the non theatrical product groups for the Nordic market to ensure that performance objectives are met. Essential Job Functions . To develop, co-ordinate, implement and manage agreed marketing plans for new/re-launch/promotion non theatrical titles as required and within budget. . To brief, manage and co-ordinate as appropriate all key elements of the marketing mix including PR, advertising, POS, added value and promotions. . To develop and present engaging, concise and meaningful sales presentations on new marketing activities and product launches for further localization by the Trade Marketing teams . . To ensure that all the necessary materials for the sell-in of a title are provided to the Trade Marketing teams in an accurate and timely manner. . To make recommendations on sales forecasts on a title and project basis and to monitor sales performance highlighting implications on overall profitability as part of the S&OP process. . To organize and control post release audit and make recommendations to ensure on-going inventory levels are managed effectively. . To manage the ongoing review of the total available non theatrical range and develop on-going programs of new initiatives to create new revenue streams. . To continually monitor market place activity and competitor initiatives. . To plan, control and monitor agreed marketing expenditure budgets under Marketing Managers supervision. . To contribute to the annual budget process by providing relevant information and forecasts on volumes, pricing and costs. . To confidently and effectively liaise with all key internal and external personnel. . To review and evaluate all marketing campaigns and their effectiveness. . Provide complete information regarding product attributes to Marketing Planner in order to feed all internal systems (for planning, communication, production) . Arrange creative briefing to Marketing Creative Coordinator for all marketing material. . Review for approval all produced marketing material including packaging. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Studies, Marketing/Brand Management, Retailing or Merchandising preferred. Relevant Work Experience . Product management and/or trade marketing experience required, ideally within Entertainment (Film/Video/Music/Online) or FMCG/retail sectors. Core Competencies . Computer literacy required - must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. . Effective Interpersonal skills - A strong communicator able to work with people at all levels outside and within the organization. . Marketing Literate - Sound understanding of the marketing principles. . Retail understanding - Sound understanding of the trade marketing function across the various retail sectors. . Self-motivated - Ability to work on own initiative and be persistent, patient and pragmatic. . Team player - Ability to work within a matrix organisation and the flexibility to cope with a rapidly changing environment. .
