Product Manager

About the position:

As a product manager at SVEA Solar you will have a key role in shaping our offering and working with a number of different departments to ensure that our customer receive the best possible value. You will also:

• Be responsible for the value proposition, sales arguments, pricing and positioning of your products
• Develop, plan and execute a product roadmap focusing on creating value for our customers
• Be responsible for the customer satisfaction on the complete customer journey
• Be the link between sales, marketing & product development
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to secure the success of your products to ensure all departments are performing at their best with your products

The Company SVEA Solar

SVEA Solar was founded in December 2013 in Stockholm, Sweden, and has since the beginning been operating in the market of solar energy. Going from 2013 with two co-founders to 400 employees operating in Sweden, Spain, Germany and the Benelux region has made us a unicorn company, being the fastest growing company in Sweden in all categories in 2019.

Our vision is to be a leader in the shift to a sustainable society and to be able to reach and influence thousands of customers globally. Therefore, the intention is to keep expanding the business globally to achieve our goal of a 100% renewable energy production.

Who are you?

We believe that you have a strong understanding of both business and technology. In addition, you know how to communicate and share this understanding with others. You can see things from different perspectives and understand the importance of listening to other’s suggestions. We also believe that you have:

• A degree in Engineering with strong business interest
• Relevant experience from marketing, sales or product development.
• A high level of responsibility and solution orientation.
• A high level of motivation and the ability to work proactively.

We consider it a merit if you also have experience from the following:

• Experience from product management including product launches and phase out.
• Experience from a high growth environment.
• Relevant industry experience.
