Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and drive product strategy.
Lead the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Act as the product evangelist, communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap internally and externally.
Perform market analytics and leverage insights to identify and address unfulfilled market opportunities.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the competitive landscape, including feature sets, pricing strategies, and discount structures.
Prioritize development efforts and opportunities into a deliverable portfolio of software products and features.

What You Bring:
Industrial Automation Experience: Proven experience in the industrial automation domain.
Technical Expertise: Understanding of industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP and OPC UA.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management within industrial automation.
Business Acumen: Strong focus on business and entrepreneurship, with examples of high-level market analysis and strategic planning.
Customer-Centric Approach: Experience in addressing customer needs and enhancing user experience.
Leadership and Communication: Strong communication and leadership skills.
Legal and Commercial Insight: Good understanding of legal contracts and commercial agreements.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with systems and products that include both hardware and application software.
Experience with services based on sensor data and decision support.
Familiarity with condition monitoring.
Knowledge of AI applications in industrial automation.
Experience with IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things).
