To the Product Management team at Bewator AB in Solna we are now recruiting a Product Manager for Access Control Cards and Readers Job assignment: Within the product management team you will be responsible for the complete range of Access Control Cards and Readers as part of our global product families.It will be your task to define and manage a profitable portfolio compatible in line with the strategy of the business and take a leading role in the product lifecycle process.The position focuses on commercial success of the products in your area of responsibility towards the global market, but also implies formal work like creation of specifications, supervision of documentation, management of third party suppliers at senior management level, stock management etc.You act according to key metrics, which are revenue, profit, time-to-market, unique-selling points, customer satisfaction and quality and will also be responsible for definition and management of cost and R&D budgets.On a continuous basis you provide sales organisations worldwide with prices according to market demands and financial targets.Naturally you keep yourself up to date with the surroundings of your area of responsibility regarding competitors, market demands and trends, technology etc. Adequate background: -University education in electronic engineering, software and/or IT technologies.-Five years of experience in building security or building management industries.-Three years of experience from product management.-Two years of experience in sales or sales supporting role desirable.-Experience from working according to defined processes.-Familiar with methods of business controlling.-Knowledge in usage of quality management systems.-Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite -Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g.SAP).-English, fluently spoken and written.-Experience from working in a global, multinational and multicultural environment desirable.
