Your mission: Create accessories and add-on offers that will grow Volvo Cars into the future.
Volvo Cars is on an ambitious journey, redefining car ownership and mobility. Owning, subscribing or using a car part-time is one way of giving the consumer flexibility in their choice. And next to that they have the choice of adding on the products that will make their experience of a Volvo personal. In this role you will be part of a tight team that will define and create the next generation of accessories and add-on products coming with a Volvo Car. You work as part of Product Creation on a global scale and in close collaboration with Commercial teams to make sure our accessories offers are well-positioned across regions and markets.
What you will spend time on
You will have an initial focus on being part of forming a world-class team. But most importantly you will through qualitative and quantitative analysis and insight work build a profound understanding of what our consumers are looking for, define and create accessory offers we will bring to them and you will make sure we meet them when they need it. The main components of your responsibility are to:
* Establish a data-driven and full consumer-focused accessory strategy and vision in the categories you lead
* Create clarity and ensure progress in a dynamic environment with a high level of uncertainty
* Run continuous experiments and design sprints to learn, create new and update existing relevant products. This in close collaboration with R&D and Digital
* Define go to market approach
* Drive close collaboration with digital teams to build up online sales capabilities
* Ensure alignment across regions and key stakeholders globally
* Define commercial targets and drive needed analytics of all channels and continuously make sure we grow the accessory business
Expectations of who you are

You have a go-for-it attitude and you have a proven background from working in tech and e-commerce. Hands-on skills with analytics, pricing and working close or as part of a product development team will make your profile even more attractive.
