Product Manager Acessories

We are now looking for a new Product Manager accessories inside our After sales marketing department.
As Product Manager you will have responsibility for the entire accessories and wheels product portfolio for both passenger cars & light commercial vehicles of all Renault Group brands in the Nordics with ambition develop and maximize our commercial performance.
Your scope will be the Nordic markets including the importers with the ambition develop our accessories and wheels business. This includes managing your product portfolio, pricing and commercial results. You will also manage the marketing and communication strategy to secure right communication towards our dealers and end customers. You will be supported by the After sales marketing team, Aftersales country managers and the After sales Europe central organization. The position requires also close contact with our new car sales department.
Main responsibilities:
As Product Manager you will be responsible for the entire product life cycle and therefore work closely with the below tasks:
Understand your product range, study opportunities, develop and deploy product strategy and products to maximize our business potential
Manage the performance and profitability of your product portfolio
Manage the commercial activities in line with the marketing and commercial action plan. Secure that all activities are in line with the yearly budget allocated.
Secure dealer and customer loyalty, customer satisfaction and support network on accessories and wheels related questions.
Secure seasonal wheels volume forecast with chosen suppliers and have close contact with chosen tire supplier partners to increase our sales of complete winter wheels.
Coordinate with logistics department to optimize stock and minimize back order situations.
Coordinate with New car product and marketing to find synergies on campaign activities.
Secure that all products are clearly communicated, necessary information updated in all channels.

The position will be based in our Nordic Hub in Kista, Stockholm but requires daily contact with the Swedish and Danish teams and the importer manager. Travel to Denmark and within Sweden is expected in order to support the country teams and business trips our headquarters in France when needed.
Skill and qualifications:
A degree in product/ sales / marketing or 2-5 years’ relevant experience.
A previous experience within product management in automotive or tire industry is advantage but not mandatory.
Analytical mindset and interest in target driven performance
Have good overall competence in Microsoft office suite with good grasp of excel
Fluent in Swedish and English (both verbal and written), knowledge in any other Nordic language or French advantage.
