At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated catalog, with over 35,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.

We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our Acquisition product team. You will play a huge part in the journey of building the success of Epidemic Sound, where your responsibility will be to acquire users for our online plans and enterprise segment.


How you will make an impact

As we are constantly increasing and improving our portfolio of global products where the common denominator is our music, we are now looking for a Product Manager to join our Growth product area. The team's responsibility is to acquire users through various initiatives. You will cooperate mainly with your fellow team members consisting of full stack engineers, Product designer and Data analyst, but also with our other acquisition focused teams (focusing on the upper funnel and conversion) and with the Marketing department. You report to the Product Director, Growth.

We believe in autonomy and strong product focus where you as a Product Manager is the organizational linchpin driving development forward. We believe you achieve this by clearly understanding your user, the constraints from our business and tactically and strategically make the plans to reach our ambitious goals.

Who you are

We believe you have a strong growth mindset and you’re used to working with ambitious business goals. Above all you’re passionate about building great products that people love. A self motivated product management professional with a strong sense of ownership that we can learn from in a fast growing organization. You are curious and collaborative and can make product teams thrive, using data and insights to identify ways of removing barriers for entering our offerings. You have experience from working with acquisition initiatives in other digital products.

You naturally take a data informed and experimental approach to product development but can also think big and challenge everything to make bold bets and create amazing experiences for our users.

We believe you are/have:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Management within a fast-growing product-focused company

- Experience from working both with mobile and web

- Experience with building user centric consumer products

- Experience working in a highly technical environment

- Skilled in Agile and PM methodologies

- A proven collaborator and communicator

- Experience from the music industry is a merit

- Fluent in English, verbal and written
