We are on a mission to end the use of fossil-fuel by making solar energy more accessible for the people! Svea Solar offer everything from installing solar panels, energy contracts to building solar parks and creating a technical energy platform, which will optimize the energy usage and stabilize the energy grid. Now we are looking for our next Product Manager, which will be responsible for our product area Acquisition to create more powershifters!

The role

As our Product manager Acquisition, you will be part of the product team and lead the cross-functional team on their mission to optimize our experience for our new users. Your focus will be to find new ways of packaging, improving, and streamlining the user journey from landing on the site to a closed sale.

In this role you will have a global scope, working towards all our markets (five countries today, but many more to come 😉). You will be responsible for the product roadmap, so your ideas need to be scalable, efficient and drive conversion. To achieve this, you will work cross functional with the marketing, sales, and analytics to turn your ideas and plans into reality.

Responsibilities

- Ideate, prioritize, plan, and execute A/B funnel optimization tests aimed at improving the teams’ KPIs. 

- Define and prioritize product features by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales and marketing. 

- Drive and implement said roadmap together with the product team as well as other departments. 

- Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product solutions, with an emphasis on acquisition metrics. 

- Drive requirements, help organize sprints, and participate in process improvements.

To be a good fit for our Product Manager role, we believe you have work experience as a Product Manager for customer facing digital products, as well as strong knowledge in acquisition funnel optimization tactics. Fluent in English is a must due to it’s our organizational language.

If you also have the following…

- Experience with A/B testing acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, or other multi-step funnels

- Proven track record of taking ownership, thinking strategically, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

- Experience building consumer facing web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launches. 

- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to balance data driven decision making with the need to move fast and iterate.
