We are searching for an experienced, passionate and user-centric Product Manager to lead our App Pod within the Product Team. This critical role will be responsible for optimizing the user experience, developing new growth-oriented features, and expanding the Natural Cycles app platform beyond birth control to encompass the entire spectrum of women's reproductive health. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our app remains the go-to resource for women's health needs. Additionally, you will lead the talented individuals within the App Pod, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
We are hiring for this role in Sweden.What you will be doing

Define and execute the product strategy including user experience optimization, new feature development, and platform expansion for new use cases


Collaborate with user researchers to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and launch new features


Manage the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and user needs


Prioritize and manage the app development backlog


Work closely with the marketing team to ensure successful product launches


Work closely with the customer support team to ensure smooth operations and support to our users


Track key metrics and analyze user data to measure success and inform future iterations


Lead and mentor the App Pod by fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment



What skills and experience we think you have

3+ years of experience in software development, product management, project management, or a related field


Strong user research and user empathy skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing user needs


Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize input from diverse perspectives and make data-driven decisions


Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to leverage data insights (user engagement, user activity metrics) to inform product strategy and decision-making


Excellent planning and problem solving skills


Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment


Experience with consumer data analytics tools/platforms


Experience working in an Agile development environment


Experience in leading and managing a cross-functional team


You are based in Sweden, Stockholm preferred



Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with user research methodologies


Familiarity with the Natural Cycles app and femtech industry


Experience in scaling digital products for growth
