We are looking for a passionate individual who would love to drive the work of creating the absolute best experience for Qliro’s two million active customers. For this role we are searching for someone special, for someone that can think outside the box and really dare to take a bet on how to revolutionize the experience for payments and digital banking in the Nordic.

You will be responsible for Qliro’s consumer facing digital platforms, which include Qliro.com (logged out and logged in pages) and Qliro’s app. As one of few listed FinTechs in Sweden you can imagine how important this role is to Qliro. You will lead the transformation and positioning of Qliro into a leading consumer platform for shopping, payments and financial products in the Nordic. Within the Product Manager role, you will not only work closely with the development team for App & Web, but also with key stakeholders such as other Product Managers, Design, Analytics and CRM & Marketing.

What you will do

- Have product responsibility for the Qliro app and web, both logged in and logged out pages
- Set and drive the Consumer Platforms’ strategy and focus areas, based on the overall company strategy.
- Ensure that our customers are facing the best possible experience in our app and web
- Support in evolving and refining the vision, centered around the customer, where our app and web platforms are key components
- Through collaboration with stakeholders drive the refinement and concept development of new platform features
- Maintain and prioritize roadmap and ensure the right focus of the development teams to maximize delivered value to our customers
- All our product and services are in one way or the other linking to the App & Web, making collaboration with other Product Managers and teams a key task
- Run daily standups with development teams
- Develop business cases and propositions, and set a roadmap for future development of app and web to maximize value for our customers through consumer experience, platform performance, and operational efficiency
- Responsible to ensure relevant KPI’s are followed up upon
- Gather insights from consumer feedback, market/competitive research and platform performance analytics


We believe you:

- Have experience from working as a Product Owner or similar, preferably with experience from fintech or fast-moving consumer facing company
- Have a strong interest in technology, follow latest industry trends, and are used to work closely with development teams on a daily basis
- Have experience from leading cross functional teams without formal reporting line
- You are passionate about solving problems and deliver an outstanding digital experience to customers
- Are a natural problem solver with “do-er” mentality, eye for details, and obsession with quality and structure in everything you do
- Have excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Swedish or another of the Nordic languages is seen as a merit but not a requirement
