Haglöfs AB is now recruiting a Product Manager Apparel to the Product Department in our HQ at Alvik, Stockholm. As a Product Manager Apparel, you will play an important part in contributing to Haglöfs’ continued success, developing, maintaining and delivering the Product Apparel strategies that support the brand plan and its ambitions.
This role ensures that the product categories are optimized so that they meet the ambitions of the brand, deliver against the financial targets. Creating products for our target consumers to love and delighting our customers.
Main responsibilities and tasks
Deliver professional range planning and management against our Business Area Strategies
Ensure focus towards our consumer segmentation utilizing insight to develop compelling product propositions
Responsible for the new product creation across functions and key stakeholders
Responsible for maintaining product management master data in the PLM system
Hold new product presentations throughout the go to market process ensuring all business departments are aligned
Follow-up critical paths in order to meet timely delivery of product propositions
Support commercial sales team with key account meetings
Undertake financial management of the ranges, meeting KPI’s and business targets
As Product Manager Apparel, you will report directly the Head of Product Management and will work cross functionally across Product, Operations, Marketing and Sales departments.
Skills & Requirements
We are looking for a person who aspires to develop within professional new product development and range planning. To be successful in this role you should have/be:
5+ years of experience from the outdoor/sports industry
Up-to-date knowledge/understanding of the retail landscape for outdoor/sports
Good understanding of commercial range planning, pricing and margins
Previous experience working with product management
Good communication skills and well developed English, both written and spoken
Advanced to intermediate user of all standard Microsoft Office applications
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is considered a plus
