Tube Division within Alleima develops and manufactures seamless tubes and other long products in advanced stainless steels and special alloys used primarily in the customer segments Industrial, Chemical and petrochemical, Oil and gas, Mining and construction, Power generation and Transportation. The offering also includes products and solutions for the growing Renewable energy segment.
Your Role
You will manage, develop and coordinate the team and the product portfolio's strategies to ensure a knowledgeable team with high level of sales support as well as a competitive product program. You develop teamwork as well as individual performance in cooperation with all stakeholders. You initiate and drive product development and are responsible for the price and profitability of the product portfolio in accordance with the business unit's strategy. You are also responsible for product training and value arguments and are part of the daily business where you together with the sales organization are expected to make decisions regarding quotes and projects. Together with your team, sales organization and the technical marketing team, you work with maximizing sales and profitability based on strategy. With the help of external monitoring, you ensure the positioning of the product portfolio in accordance with Tube's strategies.

You are tasked with creating and following up on goals and continuously collaborating with other units in sales and marketing to achieve these. We are looking for you who challenge both yourself and the environment by continuously developing and renewing working methods to ensure competitiveness both now and in the future. You will also be part of the sales and marketing management team within the TUBE EMEA unit.
About You
We are looking for someone who has a university degree within metallurgical engineering and at least 5 years’ experience and proven track record of a leading role within sales. We also see that you have extensive experience as a leader within international matrix organizations and you have several years of work experience in leading positions and to run a product portfolio. Experience from a chemical / petrochemical industry is considered as beneficial. You must be confident and independent in your work role, and it is required that you are an independent decision-maker in large and small issues daily, furthermore we see that you have excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
