Our EMEIA unit Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa in ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions is the region leader within door openings and products for access solutions in homes, businesses, and institutions. Our offering includes door and window hardware, lock, access control and service.

What you would do as our Product Manager

In our role as an experienced Product Manager for our range of Aperio® - wireless door lock and ASSA ABLOY Code Handle Door, you will be responsible for setting, leading and implementing the product vision and direction for the product roadmap.

With your excellent knowledge of the access control business, you analyze and monitor the market to anticipate and stay one step ahead of the competition. You are responsible for the EMEIA regions developing, marketing, and selling innovative and high-quality wireless door locks.

You will have a close collaboration with all ASSA ABLOY's market regions within EMEIA, business development, marketing, and other parts of the business such as R & D both within EMEIA and our teams within the Group Technologies team. Being strategic and open-minded is a matter of course with your strong drive. Networking with stakeholders in different parts of the organization comes easy to you and you will travel globally to meet key stakeholders in our main markets. You enjoy working in a cross-discipline team of professionals in an environment with cultural differences.

The skills and experience you need

To be a great fit for our position as Product Manager, we believe that you have strong analytical capabilities, and a clear and very significant get-things-done attitude. You have at least a bachelor's degree from a relevant education or something we assess to be equivalent. Minimum 5+ years' relevant experience from previous jobs as Product Manager, preferably previous experience of working within access control international companies. Fluent English in both written and spoken form is a requirement.

Earlier experience from sales or marketing, is an advantage in this role
Results-oriented and proactive approach with the ability to prioritize your own time and tasks.
Critical thinking and challenging with an open mind come easy to you
Analytical with a communicative ability combined with a strong business acumen
Strategic mindset and a willingness to take on great responsibility
Ability to collaborate and in a matrix management style organization
Travel within the EMEIA area is included in the service


Location: We are a distributed organization, and we are open to you working in any European country. Since there will be frequent travelling, living close to an airport is plus.
