To meet future customer requirements and seize these opportunities we are leveling up our efforts and to guide us on this exciting journey we are looking for a Product Manager.

As Product Manager at Power Solutions you will:


• Be responsible for our product portfolio and long-term product roadmaps
• Play a leading role in setting business, product and service strategies
• Lead cross-functional work with representatives from sales, product support and technical development to form segment business plans
• Work close to markets and key customers to understand industry trends and customer requirements
• Work close with marketing to position Scania in the market

We believe that you:


• Are a team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration
• Have experience from Product Management and/or Sales
• Have leadership experience
• Have a business and commercial acumen in combination with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them to product visions
• Have an analytical and structured mindset
• Enjoy interacting and communicating with people from different cultures who work in diverse professional roles
• Value a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Show interest in technological development in which you are able to identify business opportunities
• Have a university degree in engineering or/and business administration
• Are well familiar with Microsoft Office
• Are fluent in English
