Who we are:
Business managements main mission is to create, develop, monitor and fine-tune plans to deliver on both long and short term targets. With a deep understanding of the overall business we create strategies to guide the organisation and at the same time support the daily work with methods and tools, business insights, pricing and business development.
What you will do:
We need to be more data driven to make quick and efficient business decisions. As business analyst you will be supporting our business development manager by collecting and developing data, as well as creating the tools and methods needed to support our daily work. One of the responsibilities of business management is to develop component profitability and initially this will be a prioritised area to focus on. But we have vast amounts of data available meaning you will soon be developing into many other areas such as pricing, follow-up tools, portfolio management, vehicle data analysis, etc. This will be a broad role to support many different parts of the organisation with analytics tools.
Who you are:
You need to be self-motivated, problem solving oriented and have a high interest in digitalisation and analytics tools. You should have at least 2 years work experience in basic programming skills to handle big data with ease. You have excellent analytic skills. You have good knowledge in the Microsoft Office package and have the ability to quickly learn to handle new systems, experience in Power BI is a merit. You will need to work with different people cross-functionally so collaboration and communication is important as well as working in parallel projects simultaneously. University education within economics is a merit and experience in working with price, cost and profitability is an advantage.
The role will take you to many different environments, so you will need to be competent in handling cultural differences and master English fluently. Swedish is not required.
