Supply Chain Operations Supply Chain Operations manufactures packaging material, packaging systems and distribution solutions for Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions.The Capital Equipment Supply Chain division (CE SCO) is responsible for the manufacture and supply of filling machines and distribution equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site.This is the work for you who is pro-active and likes to take initiatives.We look for a person who finds it stimulating and challenging to work in close cooperation with designers in Development & Engineering and with external suppliers, in order to provide all machine platforms with one global standard. It is an important work with the aim to minimize the cost & complexity of Filling Machines and Distribution Equipment.We do this by developing and maintaining a standardized component assortment.These are based on aligned technical requirements across the machine platforms.This work will also reduce lead-times in the development projects. You will be a part of our Component Standardization team, which has the total ownership of the standardized component assortment within Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions.We can offer you great colleagues and a creative and stimulating work environment.Your main responsibilities will be to: .Collect and build knowledge and experience about internal needs as well as knowledge about the products available on the market .Together with designers and commercial colleagues drive the evaluation of new assortments, based on aligned requirements, in networks or in projects .Develop and continuously improve the component assortment .Market the component assortment internally at Tetra Pak .Support automation engineers with technical advice .Influence component manufacturers' product development To be a successful candidate you have an education in the area of Automation.Meriting is experience from previous work with Control Systems.A very good command of English, both written verbal, is required.You must also be prepared to travel approx.20-30 days/year.
