We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Blueprint team. In joining us, you will play an important part in the future of analytics used by the Blueprint team and various Northvolt functions. Our purpose-built and internal-facing analytics products are playing an increasing role in solving the most difficult problems facing Northvolt and have industry-wide impacts.
You will provide leadership to further accelerate fact and data driven decision making in a concurrent engineering environment with a high level of uncertainty, volatility, and versatility. You will work with Operating Model & Cell Cost Specialist to deeply understand our process and challenges, and drive improvements to our processes and products. Many of our software products are highly analytical, so a combination of strong analytical skills and software product management skills are required.
The person we are looking for is visionary and able to paint the picture of the near and far away future. You are driven, caring and structured. You thrive by leading others and work towards common goals. Qualities that we cherish are flexibility, sense of quality and grit. In addition, a continuous improvement mindset and skillset geared towards automation is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Define and deliver a product vision and strategy
- Manage the roadmap, get feedback, and develop ideas for new improvements and challenges
- Work with engineering team to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios with a strong emphasis of data reusability
- Plan, define and implement development of new and scale up formulas and products
- Act as a liaison with product design and development team to ensure processes and designs are compatible and scalable

We believe that you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA, or equivalent in experience
- 7+ years of experience in product management and/or development
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions
- Good understanding and working experience in technology development best practices (such as, Agile, etc.) and product management technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communications with highly technical stakeholders
Bonus points for:
- Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
- Experience from a multi-cultural environment
