Product Manager - Box

About the role
We are looking for a driven and impact-focused Product Manager to lead our Product Area, Budbee Box. The team's mission is to build a scalable and robust fleet of lockers with a seamless experience in both installment and ease of use.

As a Product Manager at Budbee you will be responsible for formulating and executing on the strategy and objectives within your product domain based on our common goals. This means working closely with all of our departments at Budbee to gather insights, alignment and ensure timely execution of ideas to be tested.

First days at Budbee
Your very first set of tasks are going to be focused on

- Familiarize yourself with the existing Budbee infrastructure and topology.

- Work with the Head of Product and Head of Budbee Box to set a vision and strategy for the product.

- Begin your discovery journey with Location partners, operational staff, installation teams etc to find where we can create the most value.



What You’ll Do

- Lead the team in defining and delivering on the strategy and objectives of your domain.

- Combine creativity, research and iteration to find and execute on ideas that enable convenience for our consumers.

- Work closely with Engineers & Hardware Experts to shape the future of the Budbee Box.

- Work closely with the key stakeholders within your product area to develop and align on product strategy and roadmap.

- Keep your team happy and engaged to explore new possible features and improvements to Budbee’s core business.

- Be the key team facilitator between engineering and other parts of the business to ensure effective and smooth collaboration.



About you

- A self-starter who is able to take projects from strategy through execution.

- Ability to prioritize complex deliverables and collaborate at all levels.

- You are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

- Fluent both verbal and written in English.

- Experience from IoT-industry and high-growth technology companies is a big plus.
