Product Manager, Checkout Optimization

Klarna is looking for an highly skilled Product Manager to drive optimization and analysis of Klarna?s flagship product, Klarna Checkout.

Klarna Checkout is an easy to use e-commerce checkout solution that aims to completely remove all friction involved in making a purchase online. We?ve just launched in the Nordic markets and are expanding the product throughout our seven markets in Europe.

As a driven and highly skilled Product Manager for Checkout Optimization, you will become the data expert for your product and define the way that its health should be checked over time. Collaborating with product management you will define and carry out analyses that unlock growth. Find the hidden gems that engage our users, and the scary problems that need more focus.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize the checkout funnels using qualitative techniques to increase conversion and enhance the customer experience
- Define customer segmentation optimization strategy
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to build end to end multivariate tests from initial hypothesis to performed tests and validation
- Share knowledge within the product and engineering teams by cataloguing the test and spread the results to key stakeholders
- Test everything we change, track revenue, identify pain points, perform user testing

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or BS degree in computer science
- Hands on experience in carrying UX optimization tests from initiation through design, monitoring and results analysis
- Track record of increasing profitability by data driven decisions in e-commerce or web applications
- Scripting capabilities and statistical models knowledge
- SQL knowledge
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Clicktale
