Product Manager - Cloud Services

We’re looking for a product manager to join our new Cloud Service delivery team at Sandvik IT Services. Someone with a growth mindset and collaborative, agile ways of working, who’ll get to contribute to the development of our excellent Cloud Services at Sandvik Group.
Your mission
With a holistic view, you take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle – from discovery to delivery. Your main tasks are about identifying customer needs, prioritizing what to build next and creating product roadmaps to unify the team around common goals. If we dig deeper in the details, you take part in deciding and creating the products’ long-term visions and strategies, executing market research, optimizing the customer experience across all Cloud Service products, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels. You also track product performance and help the product team to develop their processes and self-organization.
You’ll have flexible working conditions, but for this job, your base is in Kista or Sandviken. Some travel is normally included, as your team and our partners are spread across different locations.
Your character
To really thrive in the role as product manager, you need to enjoy interacting with team members, stakeholders and customers. Excellent analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to plan, prioritize, execute and follow up in a structured way is desired. You must be comfortable with – and motivated by – working in an environment that requires you to both work and take decisions independently. In other words, you’re great at creating a good setting for exceptional collaboration.
A relevant degree including agile product management methods is beneficial, but we’d rather hire you for your inspiring personality and your customer centric, can-do attitude as well as your strong leadership skills. Although, competence in the cloud area is required, as we’re using Azure today and developing a multi-cloud strategy.
