The role
We’re currently looking for an experienced Product Manager and leader to join us and help us develop our product and make it even more appealing to our more than 150 million users.
This specific PM role will be positioned in our commercial product area that is focused on conversion, pricing and payments as well as collaboration with the Mentimeter Sales department to build scalable Enterprise features and sales solutions.
As Product Manager you will be responsible for delivering projects and features together with your team. You will be working close to the Chief Product Officer, VP Product, Product Area Lead, other PM’s and the Business Development Director. You will create, prioritize and maintain product backlogs according to business value and ROI. You will also be the product owner for parts of the user experience, primarily involving areas such as license management, Enterprise-level settings and the upgrade and payment flow incl. paywall optimization.
Your daily work and responsibilities will be leading a cross-functional team (value stream) in achieving goals set by you and the product management team. This requires people-skills, leadership, technical understanding, project management and really nice communication skills (verbal, written and conceptual).

A creative and data-driven soul with a problem-solving mindset who can transfer solutions and ideas into requirements, stories, and teamwork for a smooth execution, while inspiring the people around you with your vision.
Responsibilities for the Product Manager role:
Keep a happy and efficient team
Ensure that great features, enhancements, and bug fixes are shipped
Own the strategy for your product value stream and collaborate with the Product Area Lead on defining the overall commercial product roadmap and setting KPIs
Draft hypotheses of features and improvements to implement, A/B test, and evaluate
Identify and develop necessary decision material
Manage internal and external stakeholders such as as the Sales department and 3rd parties Mentimeter is integrated with
Help Mentimeter form an effective and agile product team structure as the team grows
Must haves for the role:
Collaboration and stakeholder management skills, as you will be working with many different functions and people
Ability to break down complex projects into manageable pieces and prioritize different options based on business value
Skilled at managing yourself and handling many different tasks in parallel
Ability to say no (to developers, to sales, to customers, and to Johnny) and back up your decisions with data, business cases and user research
A general understanding of the commercial aspects of a software product such as sales strategy, pricing, business model etc.
Interest in presentation software and their use cases
Worked as Product Manager or in similar roles for 4+ years
A desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Bonus skills:
Experience with either B2B/Enterprise SaaS subscription products and/or payments, billing and conversion from free to paid product tiers
An interest in coaching people in their personal and professional development
A generalist attitude and someone who enjoys switching between strategic discussion and tactical hands on work
Organizational skills incl. resource management and release planning
Experience from leadership (Scrum/Kanban) in agile and cross-functional teams and be a supporting force to developers
An analytical and data-driven mind
Experience in line/people management

Swedish not required - we are an English-first company, daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently spans 20 different nationalities!
