Product Manager - Credit Products

Klarna's Product group is an ambitious international team where results and attention to detail are taken seriously. We are now looking for a Product Manager with experience utilizing analytics to drive growth and efficiency across the full credit product lifecycle, from acquisition to collections and recoveries.

To succeed in this role you will use your significant experience in product management, marketing and operations across our core financial service products, Klarna Invoice and Klarna Account. You will help evolve these products by creating and managing customer-focused lifecycle and engagement strategies.

As a Product Manager you will:
- Define and execute strategies to maximize operational efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Write requirements and high level specifications for new products using Klarna?s product discovery process.
- Negotiate and prioritize features with key stakeholders, while using data to align strategic goals and available opportunities with senior management.
- Develop product definitions and roadmaps based on customer profiles, market needs, and competitive gaps.

You are well versed in all aspects of product development ? from setting initial vision, to charting out roadmaps and scope with management and development teams, to launching, tracking and optimizing new initiatives, or improving existing product lines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, strong business acumen as well as excellent analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Successful track record of delivering quality results in large, complex cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of a programming or scripting language
- Exceptional skills in written and oral communication
- Comfortable gathering requirements and prioritizing backlogs
- Data analytics experience
