Tobii Dynavox continues to leverage Salesforce extensively for both Sales and Service functions, supporting over 400 users across Sweden and the USA. As we strive for ongoing optimization and integration, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce professional to join our IT organization as the CRM Owner. You will report directly to the Head of IT.
In this critical role, you'll take complete ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem (Sales & Service Cloud), ensuring its ongoing optimization, user adoption, and alignment with our evolving business needs. You'll play a pivotal role in driving data alignment across platforms, supporting multiple business models, and leading the integration with our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
Responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement within Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud), and ensure data alignment across platforms.
Analyze user data and activity to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, particularly in the context of supporting multiple business models.
Translate the needs of the business into clear and actionable development tasks for our internal team of developers. Focus on data alignment and integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
Lead the development process by working collaboratively with our team of developers, securing timely delivery, clear communication with stakeholders, and adherence to project requirements.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionality relevant to Sales and Service Cloud, recommending and implementing improvements as needed, with a focus on data alignment and integration with D365 ERP.
Own the backlog of ongoing management and support of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data security and compliance in collaboration with our IT security team. Lead the integration efforts with the D365 ERP system.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud).
Proven track record of optimizing and managing a Salesforce CRM platform for a large user base.
In-depth understanding of Sales and Service methodologies within a CRM platform.
Experience with data alignment and integration strategies across multiple platforms.
Demonstrated ability to support and manage multiple business models within a CRM system.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with integrating Salesforce with ERP systems is a plus (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365).
