Product Manager, Customer Master Data - CEP
In Lynk & Co the Customer Engagement Platform team is responsible to provide tools to Lynk & Co employees that enable us to deliver an efficient, personalized and contextualized end user experience.
What you'll do
- E2E responsible for single business solution and ultimate decision maker for that product
- Take end-to-end ownership of the product with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered
- Set ambitious and clear product mission and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and dev backlog
- Clearly communicate the product mission, roadmap, and backlogs across the organization
- Translate customer needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the product
- Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to optimize value creation
What you should have
- Start up and open mindset
- Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment
- Previous knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules or similar CRM tools
- Hands-on and willing to make things happen
- English is a MUST
