Product Manager, Data Infused Services
Job description
As Product Manager for Data Infused Services within the Epiroc Customer Success Solutions organization it is your overall mission to define a strategy, a road map and a plan to establish a value adding and competitive portfolio of customer data infused solutions. Solutions supporting acceleration of customer safety and productivity, such as, asset monitoring and management, seamless data sharing and site management solutions.
Based on strategic input from end users and business teams, develop plans that ensures we deliver products and services that are relevant and that are state of the art with a frictionless customer experience at heart. You will always support and collaborate on developing new strategies related to your product offerings with stakeholders within Epiroc, and you will always promote the positive customer oriented attitude with the spirit of “there is always a better way”. You act as a leader and lead others by good example and have solid knowledge on the customer needs and stay informed of what our customers expect from us and have a good ability to lead and manage change activities with given strategic decisions within Epiroc.
You work in close collaboration with our automation and interoperability platform teams as well as other relevant teams and act as a stakeholder in demand management towards defining the future needs on the same You will also work in close collaboration with other Ignite teams to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices.
You have responsibility to:
Create and manage product offerings, including strategy, roadmap, plans, budgets and project needs accordingly.
* Lead market intelligence efforts including competitor analysis and customer/market research.
* Establish go-to-market strategies, product positioning and sales strategies.
* Together with your project team lead, ensure that your delivery team delivers efficiently in accordance with plans and ensure items that are at risk gets escalated properly.
* Manage end-to-end support offering towards customers.
* Support our global customer centers on inquiries and creating the Epiroc overall roadmaps.
* Manage overall training offering towards our customers and sales and technical forces in all sales channels.
Location
Travelling will be required in this position.

Personality
You have a strong personal drive for testing, learning, exploring and finding better ways. You are also well organized with a good structure and ability to work independent as well as in teams. You have a strong oral/written communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical peers and management staff. You have also a strong passion for technology and change.
Requirements
University degree in relevant field or similar through experience is required. You have a very strong knowledge of data-driven technology solutions end-to-end. You have a strong knowledge and experience of how to conceptualize ideas and turn ideas in to products. You are comfortable in working in agile teams and you are fluent and professional in English.
