A Product Manager who shares our passion of shipping user-friendly, technically excellent, and successful products to market. You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary and highly creative environment. You can both execute and lead product development so that we deliver the best products to our users. You are an expert at prioritization - making well-informed choices for our products to ensure that we deliver real business value. In this role, you will take on the primary responsibility to help Dreams get more people out of personal debt and live more sustainable lives.

What you’ll be doing…

- You lead a cross-functional team to jointly solve the problems of your customer and take primary responsibility for product delivery throughout the product life-cycle
- Together with your engineering, design, and insights partners, you set the vision and strategy for your business domain
- You understand the market and are always updated on the competition
- You empower collaboration in and outside of your team
- Contribute to a culture of hypothesis and evidence-based development that has clear metrics (KPIs) and clear outcomes both for our users and our business


What you’ve done

- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Software Product Management guiding a cross-functional team
- Worked with consumer lending or have experience within consumer credits
- Experience in taking a product from concept to launch, driving product vision, setting product roadmaps, and facilitating technical implementation discussions
- You have an agile mindset and are committed to hypothesis driven, user centered, lean product development processes
- An excellent communicator with a passion for storytelling that inspire people around you (in English)


It would be great if you also have experience with any of the below…

- Building banking products or platforms
- Have a passion for sustainability and behavior change design
