As a Product Manager for Digital Workplace Industrial, you will lead the digital vision and set the product strategy with the purpose of ensuring the security, health, and safety of our employees. The product enables and provides site security capabilities, health and safety tools, and productive facility management applications and tools to support workplace business in their everyday work, as well as all the people working at or visiting Volvo Cars globally. You will lead this area by setting the roadmap and priorities, working towards Volvo Cars Digital's mission.

What you will do
You will have the responsibility to understand and interpret your stakeholder's needs and based on that drive and develop the Workplace industrial product strategy and roadmap, to ensure a modern digital landscape supporting the future of Volvo Cars Workplace Experience. You articulate and communicate the short- and long-term vision to both the product team and relevant stakeholders.
You are responsible for the product deliveries and ensure that we prioritize the most impactful deliverables to maximize the return on our investments. From a long-term perspective, you optimize the product setup to attain the business goals and user needs.
Together with your engineering and design team, you shape the composition of the product to build relevant, feasible, and valuable solutions that meet the users’ needs aligned with the product strategy.

Do you fit the profile?
We believe that you have experience working as a product manager, have experience in facility management with a focus on digital capabilities, or have worked from a business perspective with designing digital solutions and understanding how to drive digital development. You love to lead, develop, inspire, and grow a product team, and you have previous experience doing so; you know what it takes to build a high-performing team. You have strong leadership skills, are highly driven, and enjoy working in an environment that requires strong strategic skills and where you are natural in setting priorities that connect to our long-term visions and goals.  
We appreciate that you are knowledgeable and passionate about modern software development and building products users love. You are passionate about data and know how to translate insights into actual deliveries. You are willing to work hands-on to ensure that we learn iterate and embrace the potential to spread this mindset across our organisation.
Finally, you have a true can-do mindset and encourage and inspire others to have the same. You are someone who likes to have fun at work and makes sure everyone always feels welcome and included!
