WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Ecommerce Domain. Our Ecommerce Domain is responsible for the user experience of buying. This means giving the user the best possible experience from landing on our website or opening up the app until receiving the delivery. You will be a key player in building the experiences MatHem needs to win the grocery game.
MatHem’s product managers work inclusively with engineering, product design, and data analysts. You will interact closely with your teams on a daily basis. You understand how to prioritize on the outcome and enjoy having honest priority conversations with stakeholders. To be successful you have a good understanding of how great user experiences drive business value and when to use qualitative and quantitative insights. You will report directly to the CPO.
WHO YOU ARE
Experienced: We look for several years of product management experience and can show a track record of successful collaboration with engineering, product design, and data analysts.
Hands-on: You enjoy interacting closely with engineers, designers, and data analysts. You appreciate spending time together with your team(s), take part in all weekly routines, and do what is required for your team(s) to perform at the top.
Leadership skills and ambitions: You have the ambition and drive, to influence your team and stakeholders. In previous roles, you have demonstrated leadership skills, and understand the value of communication and inclusiveness.
Decisive: We are here to win and we need to move quickly. You are courageous, dare to take decisions, and well-informed risks.
Synthesizing: You are great at clearly articulating problems and needs, based on large amounts of information.
Insights-driven: You have strong instincts, and know how and when to validate or dismiss ideas based on quantitative and qualitative data. You know how to identify relevant KPIs and use a/b testing.
