Since 1949, Ejendals in Leksand has supplied a large part of Swedish enterprise companies with protective gloves and protective shoes. A few years ago we took a step to the european market and are now growing rapidly. Our business is continuously expanding and we need to strengthen our organization with a new Product Manager


Product Manager, Gloves

Within Product Management & Marketing and the group Product Line Management for Gloves we are looking for a Product Manager. In this role you will be responsible for strategic product planning, product development, business intelligence and optimization of your product assortment. You will initiate, anchor and lead development projects within our organization and will work with supporting our sales teams around the world.


Main tasks will be:
As a Product Manager you will successfully drive new development projects with all critical tasks included in this role. To enable this, you will work closely with our suppliers, sourcing, marketing, and sales teams and ensure we capture their engagement with our products. This will also include training and support to our sales teams.


You will also be:
Responsible for a certain part of our Glove product line, monitor product life cycle and evaluate new business opportunities together with portfolio management
Support sales with RFQ's and customer meetings up on request
Perform Product administration in SAP and other systems
Ensure that we develop products that are well adapted to the market needs and fulfill our financial objectives
Own part of the product line for gloves and administrate the products through the whole product life cycle.



You will be a part of our Product Management and Marketing team and report to our Product Line Director for Gloves.


Education and Experience
Relevant University degree or long experience from a similar field
We value experience from related areas within new product development, work safety and technical competence. It is an advantage if you are familiar to run development projects based on gateway models. Moreover, product administrative experience including pricing, preferably in the SAP environment is needed in this position.
In our group we use SAP as our business system, and we expect a high level of experience from working administratively with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.



As a Product Manager you will take responsibility for your actions and want to achieve your targets. You’re a good team player and wants to share your experience and knowledge with your group and colleagues. You have a good analytical ability, structured way of working, a good administrator and you have good communication and presentation skills.
