About the job
Being a Product Manager for Enterprise Communication at Telavox allows you to drive vision and execution to build a great customer experience. As the Product Manager, you work closely with engineering, commercial, and partners to define the vision, roadmap, as well as the monetization strategy in order to deliver customer satisfaction and commercial success.

Enterprise communications have changed rapidly during the last couple of years and we believe it’s an exciting time to be joining our organization as we grow across channels and international markets with our products. As a PM you will be working closely with our new markets to ensure that we align priorities, offerings and development to deliver on our growth agenda. Further, you are curious about the evolution of the UCaaS market and have an interest in learning more about the market, customer requirements and finding opportunities for product differentiation and engagement.

Finally, you have an interest in communication technology and the possibilities it brings to build easy to use products and offerings. You are curious and interested to learn more and develop insights about the market, given the fast-paced evolution of how we communicate and collaborate across platforms and mediums, and in this role, we will work together to ensure the continued success of Telavox.

To be successful in the role as a product manager for Enterprise Communications, you come with a background from working in agile product development and have a good understanding of the enterprise communication space and its evolution.

As a product manager, we believe that you enjoy interacting with designers, engineering, as well as marketing and sales in order to create product success. You do this through a strong vision of the future, having the ability to listen and learn from experts, and communicating with internal as well as external stakeholders about the future.

Finally, you lead with vision and your curiosity, underpinned by data and insights, diverse teams to ensure a better product through lowering the barriers for customer acquisition, driving customer engagement, and ensuring customer monetization throughout the lifecycle of your product.
