YOU WILL
As Product Manager you will be responsible for managing a range of Principals within the Nordics and Baltics. Based on the company’s ambition you will create and implement a strategy and structure that enable the Technical Sales Mangers to take sales to the next level. You have a strong drive and a value selling approach and you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the development of your Principals. As Product Manager you will interact with stakeholders globally as well as play an important role in the local Nordic Team, reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager Food Nordics. In this role you are responsible for budget and pipeline growth for your principals.
Other responsibilities:
- build strong relationships and work closely with internal key players such as Applications Technologists and Technical Sales Managers, as well as the external counterparts and their representatives
- conduct trend and market analysis and prepare world-class presentations
- making sure projections and budget are reached and exceeded
YOU ARE
We are looking for a senior individual with excellent technical knowledge of food ingredients and with the ability to take full ownership over international accounts, process and projects. We think that you are motivated by the challenge of leading both people and projects in a commercial context and we believe the role is for someone that is proactive and strives for professional excellence.
Profile requirements:
- Degree in relevant scientific discipline
- business acumen
- a “can-do-attitude” with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines and to priorities accordingly
