We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAFe Product Manager that is passionate about utilizing big data and cloud marketing technologies to drive omni-channel orchestration, decisioning, and personalization activities. This is an opportunity for you to join Applied Data Science, Nordea's Centre of Excellence for Marketing Technology, Advance Analytics, ML and AI, and work directly with business stakeholders across Nordea while leading cross-functional data science and IT teams in developing several analytics-driven solutions and its implementation within the business.
About this opportunity
You will join Data & MarTech Products team, where we are proud of making analytics happen in the commercial space by delivering what our business stakeholders need and making our organization a successful and trusted partner.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead the development of the omni-channel orchestration and personalization strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure its successful implementation
* Define, maintain and present vision for products, as well as set, communicate and achieve Deliverables, Objectives, Key Results and KPIs
* Design and maintain product roadmaps with a clear link to the business value of our products and alignment to architectural runways, prioritizing features based on the needs of the customer
* Understand customer needs and validate implementation of solutions, defining product acceptance criteria and enforcing quality standards (non-functional requirements)
* Collaborate actively, align and manage dependencies and expectations with stakeholders, Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, Business Owners and LPM
* Monitor Risks and Compliance, and make sure mandatory Nordea risk management processes are applied and completed
* Act as role model by creating atmosphere of confidence, learning and trust

The role is based in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Stockholm and Oslo, and some travel within the Nordic region might occur in the future.

Your experience and background:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
* Relevant experience as product manager following SAFe, delivering different products within the data and analytics domain
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and ability to convey complex matters to business stakeholders and engineers in different levels of the organization
* Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with business stakeholders, Product Owners and SMEs
* Experience with requirements analysis, ability to translate stakeholder needs into high level requirements to be implemented in the subsequent development activities

Even better if you have experience with:
* Implementation of Cloud Marketing solutions like Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Implementation of business datamarts, combining data from multiple sources to meet business needs
* Big data and cloud computing platforms like Cloudera, Azure, AWS
* Data lake/warehousing architectures like Snowflake
