About the role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Stockholm.
You would be joining our Shopping team which is spearheading a new Strategic Area focusing on how Budbee can create the best e-commerce experience by helping our users from the start of their shopping journey to completing the purchase.
The shopping team is working as an R&D and Delivery team, with full responsibility for discovery, prototyping, and scaling of solutions to achieve the Strategic Objectives. Experience within the world of e-commerce and online shopping is a must, as a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, future shopping behaviors, and shopping platforms will form the basis for how this Strategic Area will evolve during 2022 and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the team in defining and delivering on the team’s Objectives and Key Results, that contribute to achieving Budbee’s Strategic Objectives
- Lead insights-work focused on understanding Budbee Consumer’s behaviors and preferences, to inform strategy and priorities. Business and Data analysts are available for support.
- Lead discovery work to explore best ways to realize the Strategic Objectives
- Work closely with Product Designers to shape the consumer journey, design features, and UX.
- Work closely with senior management stakeholders, such as our Senior Director of Budbee Digital and our CEO to develop and align on product strategy and roadmap.
- Engage closely with your team to lift up and explore possible features and improvements and explore different ways of boosting Budbee’s core business.
- Drive product development and maintain the product roadmap with a clear vision and supporting requirements.
- Lead the team by continuously updating the backlog priority and collaborating closely with the team Tech Lead and Engineering Manager to balance technical debt and feature delivery.
- Communicate the team’s discoveries, deliveries, and roadmap transparently towards the stakeholder group and the wider organization.
- Be the key team facilitator between engineering and other parts of the business (marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure effective and smooth collaboration.
About you
- Ability to work from Stockholm.
- Minimum 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experienced in Scrum or other agile methodologies.
- A self-starter who is able to take projects from strategy through execution.
- Ability to prioritize complex deliverables, have technical discussions and collaborate at all levels.
- You are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
A big plus
- Experience from high-growth technology companies within e-commerce, logistics, or mobility is a big plus.
