Are you passionate about delivering business value in close cooperation with your team and stakeholders?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Responsible for the product vision and product strategy describing the desired state of the account products
- Assure that products are compliant and follow rules and regulations
- Responsible for product life cycle work and the PLCA material
- Responsible for tracing and monitoring the profit and loss of the product to assure proper actions
- Work with market analysis to assure that the product is competitive in comparison with other providers
- Responsible for product business cases for investments or closure of products, and present to management
- Initiate actions if competitors are moving ahead in both functionality and/or aggressive pricing
- Initiate and drive development activities for retail accounts products
- Responsible for the customer complains action list, update the report and follow-up on progress
- Work on launching, education and support new functionality towards advisors and customers
- Participate and contribute to different projects and analysis that will affect account & payment’s development roadmap and prioritization
- Recognized as a subject matter expert in job area
What is needed in this role:
- Proven strong leadership and communicational skills
- Understand how our account products can be used in the best way for creating business value
- Experience from product life cycle management and product development
- Account area experience is a requirement
- Experience from working in an agile team with relevant agile tools
- Academic degree in either engineering and/or business administration
- A problem solver with a can-do-attitude who gets motivated by new responsibilities
- Ability to engage and inspire other people
- You are open and adaptable to change and have the courage to, in times of change, show others the way
- A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge as well as learning from colleagues
- Proficient language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken
