Background
Alfa Laval is currently on a Digital transformation journey. As part of this transformation and to better fulfill our customer’s needs, we have created digital organization consisting of different value streams, where Lead to Cash value stream is focusing on enhancing our capabilities with regards to Foundational Elements, Commercial Excellence, Order Management, Project order Execution and Business Insights & Analytics. It incorporates the implementation, integration and optimization of our Databases / Sources / Processes / Systems and Tools supporting Customer Value, Data driven sales and Seamless Order processing.
About the Job
As part of the Lead to Cash value stream we are looking for a Product Manager Foundational Elements and Business Insight & Analytics. Foundational Elements and Business Insight & Analytics area involves at least Master Data Management, Host Management, Global standards, KPI design, Sales Management Dashboard, SPM, Sales DW, Market intel.
In this role you will define, govern and own the vision and road map for the Foundational Elements and Business Insight & Analytics domain in the value stream Lead to Cash that meet customer needs and which includes at least the following responsibilities:
Ensures products and solutions meet the economic business goals established by the portfolio
Supporting solutions of Customer needs by developing clear models managing the cost structure and cost benefit analyses (CBA)
Collaborates on enablers
Ensures product delivery and its value completeness
Ensure the products are supported and enhanced to create a continuous flow of value



You will manage requirements and demands globally and be the key contact and interface to the Business Units and GSS. You will constantly be collaborating with wide range of people to identify and define customer needs.
As we are applying agile working methods, one of your major tasks will be to translate value demands into epics and features feeding into the program backlog for our development teams.
This role requires an individual that has an open mind set on enabling technologies as those come and go. You must be curious and up to date with new technologies and follow changes to proactively prepare for how they can be put to business use together with business stakeholders and architects.
The role will report to the Head of Value Stream Lead to Cash.

Who You Are
You have an agile mind-set and a passion for how to enable and create business value in a global context especially when it comes to analytics and how to make real data available for decision makers. You can handle complex scenarios and are able to influence and align different business functions and stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills, motivated by stakeholder management and will easily network across business functions in an international and cross-cultural environment. You are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and enjoy setting up the path.
What You Know
You have experience working with the SAFe framework as well as Data Management and Business insight & Analytics.
You have experience in successfully driving large scale program and change management initiatives in a global industrial environment. You are a self-driven, pragmatic business leader, with strong people leadership skills. You influence and drive change in a cooperative way and excel in communication. You further bring solid experience from complex operations and supply chain environments, with a solid understanding of good practice business processes.
