Product Manager - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Product Owner who is experienced in managing follow-up of time, cost, and progress for the product / the whole.

What you'll do:
● Business acumen and understanding for the ongoing transformation towards electrification and sustainable use of energy.
● Curiosity and willingness to learn the technology involved in bi-directional charging and electricity markets.
● Ensure preparatory work for future program increments based on the overall roadmap and be responsible for following up and communicating status and results to relevant stakeholders.
● Guide the development team towards goal-driven development and application operation with continuous fast and sharp deliveries from an effect, cost, time and user perspective.
● Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
Who you are:
● Background within energy and/or flexibility markets. We see that this person has worked at an energy company or consulted such clients earlier.
● 5+ years of experience product management for consumer digital products and services, preferably within digital technology retail stores, exhibit design, and the automotive industry or in a similar role.
● Have number of years of experience working with CRM systems in previous roles such as product owner or application specialist.
● Have experience of working with methods and tools for a more user-focused product development.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
