We are looking for a Product Manager with a special interest in growth. You will have a focus on building the best customer journey and optimizing for growing customer base from new customer acquisition all the way through customer retention and expansion.

You will be a part of our product team to create high-quality products and drive product development with a team of great engineers and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business understanding and analysis, competitor analysis and staying up to date with market trends
- Lead customer research, gather data (qualitative & quantitative), and rapidly experiment in production to figure out the right set of features that deliver customer value
- Grow business/commercialize through digital product innovation
- Set the strategy, tactics, build and prioritize a product roadmap
- Coordinate and work cross-functionally across marketing, customer success, product, sales, and beyond
- Develop our digital product and manage your product roadmap by launching new products and improving existing ones by clearly understanding both user, customer and business needs.
- Deliver on set KPIs
- Act as product owner for one of our development team


Competencies/Skills Needed:

- Minimum 3 years of product management/project management
- Minimum 2 years of experience of working with KPI-driven development
- CRO/funnel growth experience is an advantage
- A very good English communication level, both written and spoken
- Experience of managing and working together with different stakeholders in all parts of the organization
- Last but not least- you get stuff done and you have a pragmatic approach.
