Product Manager Hardware

Our core product and, even more importantly, our users require and deserves great working hardware. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the work on our next generation of hardware so that we move forward in our mission to pioneer women’s health. In this role you will develop and execute on our hardware strategy, and act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding about our hardware solutions. You will get the opportunity to work independently and drive your own initiatives, and also work closely together with both external and internal stakeholders.

What you will be doing

Articulate the vision and collaboratively creating the roadmap for the hardware and the implementation of it
Identify, owning and follow up on the requirements we have on hardware
Evaluation of products
Drive the work on suitable business models
Be the go to person in all hardware related matters
Pragmatically solve new problems and automating the handling of recurring ones to reduce maintenance costs
Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to make sure we reach the company’s short- and long-term goals
Being a part of the Product team driving goals, alignment and collaboration across the company
Managing expectations for project deliverables and stakeholder communications
Play an important role in the selection of suppliers and manufacturers

What skills and experience you should have

Experience of working with hardware procurement
Demonstrate understanding for Natural Cycles user group(s)
Being self going but still a very collaborative person
Experience of working with agile methods
Planning and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and satisfaction
Put the end user first, and see the connection between the platform and the experience
