Job Description
Product Manager, focusing on product category Rugs, Blankets, Curtains, Storage, and hard deco Bathroom products in the Destination team at H&M Home. In this role you are responsible to create business growth and profitability through design, quality, price, and sustainability. You set the short- and long-term strategy for your category and continuously seize growth opportunities. You are accountable for the Product Category to have relevant, commercial, and sustainable products and assortment, that will enable our customers to create a personal home. As a Product Manager you are team leader in the product category team which consist of Designers, Planners and Product Developers, responsible for customer focus and to ensure an efficient, collaborative, and sustainable way of working in the team.
Accountable for timeline, planning and overall communication and to drive the Product Category strategy.
Plan and build the assortment in the category, optimize the budget and product mix, and set the commercial believes for the buying.
Set clear expectations for the product development in terms of price, timing, and purpose of the product

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Buyer or similar role within product development and assortment building
Proven track record of building a strong commercial assortment and generating selling result
Experience in creating on trend, profitable products within the product category is a big plus
Experience as a leader, formal or informal, with a strong set of leadership skills
Have a passion for interior design and in depth understanding of the Customer needs
Strong visionary and strategic mindset
Are driven, structured, take initiatives and enjoy working in a fast pace
Have a strong salesmanship and entrepreneurial spirit and is result orientated
Are an agile team player with a prestige less mindset and a flexible attitude
