What you’ll do:
We are looking for someone who will drive the domain of parts supply and inbound logistics within the Supply chain management and procurement area. As a leader, you foster innovation, create E2E roadmaps and build a high-performing team together with the team managers.
Your task is to ensure that the Product Owners within the value stream are aligned, run in the same direction, and have a long-term vision and roadmap. Further, you ensure prioritization of the value stream, align and prioritize this with other product managers and Business stakeholders and bring this towards the development teams. You ensure that the digital ceremonies run smoothly and that the digital development progress is optimal within the agile development environment. You have a global perspective and understand differences in values and cultural environments.

This is an exciting opportunity where we are rolling out new solutions in order to create visibility and be successful in our commercial transformations.
To be successful we see that you can manage multiple stakeholders including customer needs, Agile Release Trains that we have dependencies on, and when applicable the Solution Train. You have a holistic view to understand needs, split capabilities, and epics to define and prioritize features an understanding of the business processes within SCM is seen as a plus.

Who you are:
We see you have experience as a Product Manager and the ability to create clarity, show courage, and empower teams with a proven successful track record. You have professional experience from working with digital development in complex environments and knowledge in supply chain as well as setting data models for master data.  We see you have an outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and independently to optimize processes but you also possess high ambitions that find an entrepreneurial company mindset motivating.  Last but not least, you have a Bachelor’s in business, economics, or similar and are fluent in English (verbal and written).
The position is located in Gothenburg
