We are offering an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Product Manager to take a leading role in paving the way for Vattenfall and its customers and partners towards a fossil free future!
The BU Offshore in BA Wind is responsible for developing, constructing and operating Offshore wind farms. BU Offshore currently consist of 12 operating windfarms with a total capacity of 2.1GW spread across Europe.
Your role
As a Product Manager of our Document Management Systems, you represent the voice of the Business Unit Offshore and prioritize the works on the right IT solutions with maximum business value. Moreover, you are able to provide the organization with the confidence in the IT product portfolio and support teams to embrace the utilization of the collaboration tools and IT solutions that are used to enhance the processes of our document management affairs.
You will have the following key responsibilities:
Overall responsible for the relevant IT solution of Business Unit
Coordination and assessment of business requirements
Prioritisation of change requests and IT improvements for the business, based on criticality
Work together with internal stakeholders (e.g., product owner, super users and end users) to assure continuous improvement and implementation of IT change requests and improvements
Test and coordinate roll-out of change request in Business Unit
Provide training and go-live support to end users and super users
Facilitate the superuser network and drive the improvement initiatives and projects in relation to document management in Business Unit
Supervise of specific change management processes for IT solutions implementation
Assure the introduced governance is followed, update of guidelines and processes
Establish customer experience management for tools and system usage
Location
Kolding, Amsterdam, Hamburg, London or Stockholm. Regular business trips are required.
Your profile
What we are looking for
You are able to advise about best practices within tools and systems supporting document management
You have an agile mindset and have had the possibility to gain expertise of the agile method in the past
You have proven track record in dealing with complex issues, problems and challenges with numerous stakeholders
You have project management and process thinking capabilities
You are comfortable in dynamic and changing environment and able to facilitate the right actions at the right time
You are structured, pro-active, able to go into the details and apply a hands-on mentality to solve issues
You are able to lead by inspiration
You are a highly motivated, results driven and communicative
Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project management or as a product manager/owner for large scale entities
Advanced knowledge of O365, particularly, SharePoint
Proven track record in Digitalization and/or Information Management
University degree, ideally in engineering or IT or in a related field
