The opportunity
We are looking for a senior Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset. This position will hold an operative and strategic end-to-end accountability for the offer toward the segment and is working side by side with the Product Manager for PSP and terminals. The role is to define and manage the Instore Acceptance offering/product for the SMB segment in Regional Business Nordics.
You will be responsible for defining and creating the product offering, securing quality and customer experience and optimization (cost & efficiency). You will achieve this through creating a virtual team across the organization working closely with your peers in Product, Sales, Go-to-Market, Development and Customer Operations.
You will have the full view of where the complexity, opportunities and USP’s exists for your segment, and be responsible for the Segment Product roadmap, both tactical and strategical.
You’ll know the Customer Life Cycle as well as Product Life cycle for your product.
You will know the competitive landscape and investigate potential products within Worldline Group that could be a fit for Nordics.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include
You will perform your magic in the following main areas:
Business aspects of the offering:
You are the natural ”go-to” person for your product area and have a close collaboration with your virtual team, collecting input, informing, training and keeping them up to date of progress/issues and roadmap
Set the Product Strategy for the area and define what offerings we address the segments with
Create and maintain a roadmap and an activity plan
Create and maintain commercial documents supporting the Sales organization
Work actively on areas of improvement to optimize profitability and quality
Ensure that the products are compliant from a Scheme/Risk perspective
Create reports to monitor the performance of your products



Development and maintenance of the product portfolio:
Responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience and keeping the portfolio relevant
Understanding the market where Worldline Nordic is operating
Act on deviation on customer experience & quality



Product Development within the Segment:
Responsible for implementation of initiatives for product development and act as requirement owner
Propose and implement change that improves function and efficiency

As PM of Instore Payments SMB in the Nordics, you play a vital role in supporting and accelerating our company's revenue growth by doing what you do best: developing, deploying and leading a product strategy that aligns with our commercial objectives.
Through collaboration with other stakeholders and departments in the business, you will build our reputation as a trusted partner and thought leader in the online payment space.


Skills we can't do without
As our new Product Manager you will most probably need the following competences, skills and abilities to succeed:
Very good knowledge of the specific business area in payments industry​, as well of Product Management
Able to work in a role that combines both strategic and operational tasks in a dynamic organization​
Take a pragmatic and professional approach, being constructive and solution driven, drive appropriate solutions in the best interest of the business​
Strong analytical skills: Understands customer/market needs and the requirements linked to them to translate into functionalities that can be easily implemented​
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff at all levels in the organization, including senior management​
Graduated at least at bachelor level ​
5y+ product management and experience from financial services​
Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written)
Working hybrid from our Stockholm office (Götgatan 74)
