Product Manager, Integrations & Automations

Our platform lets companies take control of their IT by handling employee onboarding, hardware and software purchasing, and asset management. To streamline these processes we need to integrate with a variety of HR, accounting, distribution, financing systems, and software providers.

We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help us research, build, and maintain systems that handle different integrations towards a wide array of partners, distributors and vendors. Support the teams that utilize these integrations by driving adoption internally of new best practices and usage patterns as they are developed.

Key outcomes
- Lay the foundation for how we handle integrations with HR and accounting systems, financing companies, and distribution partners.
- Build tools that allow us to move quicker than ever before when it comes to implementing new integrations and build abstraction layers on top of the different integration types to allow other teams to only have to worry about a single point when integrating.
- Work closely with vendors and stay on top of updates to their integrations and formulate plans on how to handle migrations with the least amount of downtime possible.
- Build out and manage a remote team.

It also means you are responsible for making sure that you not only understand what you are working on but why you are working on it and be able to convey that to the team to make them understand the same.

- Think analytically. Structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw conclusions from this by combining your own experience. Ask the difficult questions and question key assumptions.
- Sweat the details. Do not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project. Look for ways to take your work from good to great. What makes a delivery process great? Be the most knowledgeable person in the company about it and share that wisdom far and wide.
- Be an exceptional communicator. Speak and write clearly and efficiently, taking in mind your audience and their concerns.
- Make those around you better. Look for ways to lift others up. Look for ways to make the company a better place to work. Leave things better than you found them.
