We are now looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the product launch and life cycle management of Ketosteril ® in Sweden, which is a treatment for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease.

In this role as Product Manager Ketosteril, you will drive the strategic thinking and implementation of marketing strategies to ensure a successful launch of Ketosteril. You will develop communication plans to ensure an optimal positioning of the product across various customer groups.

At Fresenius Kabi, you will join a high performing and experienced marketing team in Uppsala. The team is sharing best practices, supporting each other, and enjoying working together as a very committed team. You will report to the Marketing Manager Pharma and be the primary speaking partner for all colleagues in the sub-region and regional head office in Paris regarding any Ketosteril-related topics.

Main Accountabilities


Stay on top of knowledge on clinical practices and developments in the market and among customers. Actively visit and develop KOLs and support other potential prescriber, as well as initiate dialogue and create strong relationships with relevant patient associations. Furthermore, to be responsible for outlining sales prognoses and forecasts and monitor sales and profitability development for your portfolio.

Lead development and implementation of the strategical launch plan, followed by the annual marketing plan, for Ketosteril
Have ownership of the various channels of communication and promotion
Develop communication tools and marketing material that meets the needs and requirements of our various customer groups and the local market
Ensure all marketing and training related material is up-to-date and in accordance with local rules and regulations
Prepare and present yearly sales budget and mid-year budget forecast
Outline medium-term-strategy with focus on portfolio development and life cycle management
Monitor monthly sales and profitability development for the assigned portfolio
Provide supply chain with sales prognoses and forecast
Participate in Fresenius Kabi activities such as local or international congresses and Marketing meetings
Your profile

We are looking for a person with a university degree in a relevant discipline. We believe you have knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system and that you are familiar with stakeholders and patient pathways. You have previous sales experience or product management experience in the healthcare area working with concept creation, product launch implementation or larger projects. Experience from the areas of nephrology and/or nutrition is beneficial. Knowledge of forecasting and product demand planning is needed in this position. You have strong communication skills in Swedish and English, at ease presenting to large audiences. You will be driving in your daily work so valid driver´s license is needed.
