To meet future customer requirements and seize these opportunities we are leveling up our efforts and to guide us on this exciting journey we are looking for a Product Manager – Marine Power Solutions

As Product Manager – Marine Power Solutions you will:
• Be responsible for our marine power solutions product portfolio and its long-term roadmap
• Play a leading role in setting business and product strategies for the marine segment
• Develop segment business plans by leading cross-functional work with representatives from sales, product support and technical development
• Develop and maintain priorities for future product development in line with our strategic direction
• Work with a global market, with key customers and marine stakeholders to understand industry trends and customer requirements which you transform to business cases
• Work close with marketing and communication to position Scania in the market among ship builders, naval architects and end-users
We believe that you:

• Are able to manage short-term operational tasks without losing the long-term strategic perspective
• Have the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them to product visions
• Have an analytical and structured approach to problem solving

• Show interest in technological development in which you are able to identify business opportunities
• Cherish innovation and creativity
• Have a university degree in engineering or/and business administration
• Are well familiar with Microsoft Office
• Are fluent in English
• Have experience from the marine industry and from working with marine power solutions
