ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the B2C team, you will be an expert in working with multiple products, networks and partners to provide an excellent experience for customers in Open Networks. You will work closely with the rest of the product and commercial teams, cooperating in joint portfolio planning and product development planning to achieve a coherent B2C plan.
The role entails launching and optimizing our 3rd party Open Networks, building the reachable universe, driving major changes with already existing partners, and optimizing the existing setup, driving quality improvements to maximize customer satisfaction, as well as optimizing and developing our current internal product set-up to create a highly efficient production.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We believe that you have experience in partner management, preferably in a similar industry with documented achieved results. Handling new establishments with partners, evolving the existing deployments under current agreements and managing contract terminations will be key parts of your responsibility.
We also believe that you have:
A proven track record of leading product development, innovation and optimization, that has generated tangible financial and customer value
Strong business acumen and technical understanding, with an ability to drive product development and prioritization based on customer and business value
Ability to efficiently lead and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
Following market trends and competitor actions and build insights for both partners and consumers
A natural sense of ownership of roadmaps, in this case for roll-out, optimization, simplification, quality improvements and follow-up for all open network partners.
Experience in leading projects, managing product launches, user trials and end-to-end testing
