Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, People & Data Analytics to join our dynamic team.


What you will work on:
Develop and implement strategies to translate business needs into data and analytics designs for People Analytics products.
Define, implement, and track performance metrics, ensuring continuous optimization and stable performance.
Collaborate closely with HR teams, Data Engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and objectives.
Create and maintain a product roadmap for People Analytics solutions, prioritizing features based on business value and urgency.
Co-lead the development of an HR data mesh, designing dimensional databases to meet business needs.
Act as Tech lead for the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive within the HR domain.
Enforce data governance policies and guidelines for HR data used in People Analytics to ensure data integrity.
Ensure secure handling of HR data in compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

What you bring:
Academic degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics and/or Master Data Management.
Proficiency in database design and modeling, specifically UML and SQL.
Familiarity with data governance principles and data protection regulations.
Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills to convey the value of People Analytics and HR data mesh to stakeholders.

Good to have:
Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.

Required cloud certification:
Merit if Azure or SuccessFactors.
