We are looking for a driven, analytical and business oriented team player to join our team.

Do you want to help Tetra Pak's customers in their continuous efforts to improve their operational and environmental performance?

The Plant Sales and Engineering team within Tetra Pak Processing System has responsibility for driving efficiency and effectiveness in our plant sales business. We offer the continuous development of technical solutions from a functional approach as well as driving the improvement of the way we work. We also offer support to our customers in the form of different plant expert services.

This is a position within the Plant Expert Services team where you will be responsible for the product range and its performance. Our current product portfolio consists of various surveys where we analyse present aspects of the operational performance of a customer plant. The result is presented in the form of a report with proposals for improvement activities. With us, you will be working with highly experienced colleagues both in the team and across the globe.

As Product Manager, Plant Expert Services, you will lead the development and deployment of the full portfolio of Plant Expert Services. You will also lead and carry out the execution of these service projects direct with customers around the world. You will work in close cooperation with our Technical sales and Service organisation both centrally and around the world. An important part of the role is to support the market companies with information and activities to promote the product range to our customers.


Main responsibilities

-Identify and develop product opportunities
-Identify, support and secure business opportunities
-Execute expert service projects at customer plants
-Responsibility for product performance


Qualifications

You have experience from working with product management and project execution. We believe that you have a technical education, preferably at university level. It is an advantage if you have experience from the food, pharmaceutical or process industry. You need a strong motivation to develop yourself within various analytical areas. You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.

To be successful in this position you are a pro active, self-motivated person who can achieve results independently as well as in a team. You need strong analytical skills. You are an open and positive person who enjoys sharing your knowledge with others. You have good communications skills and drive for result. Furthermore, you prefer working in a structured way documenting results.
