ICOM produces IKEA.com, which is visited around 1.6 billion times a year. We're also behind the IKEA catalogue with a yearly circulation of around 200 million copies. On top of that, we churn out a ton of content for social media, not to mention motion media and 3D work so cutting edge that it makes the folks in California sit up and take notice. So what happens in Älmhult definitely doesn't stay in Älmhult. It reaches practically every corner of the globe.

The Business Area Media Production supports IKEA retailers in producing efficient and effective marketing communication. To do this, we provide production management service, production platforms and know-how for both printed and digital publications. Together with IKEA business partners, IKEA retailers and suppliers, we continuously develop and improve our publications, platforms and production processes.

The IKEA catalogue is our main production. Our experience with the IKEA catalogue helps us deliver related publications. We produce global in-store range brochures, the IKEA FAMILY MAGAZINE and other publications, in both print and digital versions. For all productions, we provide a Product Manager who manages the production from start to end.

We are now searching for a Product Manager for Print publications such as the IKEA Catalogue, In Store Range Brochures, Family Magazine and local productions.

As Product Manager Print you are the manager for the identified product & service concept, where you define the Business Model including roadmap, specifications, KPIs, and cost & margin. You brief Procurement for purchasing and our business partners. You also have the responsibility to:

-Launch and communicate the existing or new offers, including updates to IKEA Retailers
-Provide and monitoring budget and KPIs on product level
-Product Manage the assignment/order, including change request, claims, follow up delivery according to agreed expectations (budget, time, quality, service) and financial closure of productions
-Follow-up and improve or develop our product offer to IKEA retailers based on IKEA Retailers and Business Partner?s needs.
-Develop and nurture a successful business partner relationship with relevant stakeholders

To be successful in the role, we think you have:

-Media and or Business administration degree
-Solid knowledge of large and complex printed media products and production process, experience in digital media and publications is a benefit
-Solid experience in business administration and strategy process
-Strong analytical skills in order to make the right business decisions and secure correct implementations
-Strong communication skills in English
-Good knowledge of IT systems
-Good knowledge and experience of project management
-Good knowledge in stakeholder management and building relationship.
-Knowledge of global retailing and marketing production services is a benefit
